        PREAMBLE

You are using the MAE's online ticketing service and its service provider VivaTicket. The general conditions of sale that apply to this online sales service are those of  the MAE.

These conditions apply to the exclusion of the conditions in force applicable to group reservations and sales at the reception of the MAE. The general conditions of online sale are subject to change without notice. The purchase of tickets implies the unreserved acceptance by the visitor of all of these general conditions of online sale.

The visitor declares to have the capacity to conclude this contract, that is to say to be of legal majority and not to be under guardianship or curatorship.

Tickets purchased online cannot be delivered on site at the MAE reception. Also, in case of non-presentation of e-tickets (printed or on smartphone) access to the site will be refused to the visitor.

        ARTICLE 1 – CONTRACTUAL RELATIONS

The information appearing on the MAE's website and brochures for the current year may be subject to modifications, of which the visitor will be informed in advance when placing his order.

The MAE is the sole interlocutor of the visitor and responds to them for the performance of the obligations arising from these conditions of sale. The MAE may exonerate itself from all or part of its liability by providing proof that the non-performance or poor performance of the contract is attributable either to the consumer, or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party to the contract, or to a case of force majeure. The visitor acknowledges having the capacity to contract under the conditions described in the following conditions of sale: being at least 18 years old, being legally capable of contracting and not being under guardianship or curatorship. Otherwise, the MAE reserves the right to cancel the order.

ARTICLE 2 – PRICES AND NUMBER OF PLACES

The purchase of tickets online is reserved for individual visitors.

Online ticket prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. All online orders, whatever their origin, are only payable in euros.

The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased online cannot exceed 15 paid tickets per order.

All rates are subject to change without notice. However, entries and other services available on the site will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of validation of the order by the visitor.

The rates for 4-18 year olds and 19-25 year olds are subject to presentation at the MAE of a valid document proving the age of the visitor.

If the proof of the reduced price cannot be presented at the museum reception, the visitor will have to buy a ticket at the full price.

No reduction is applicable after payment of the order.

        ARTICLE 3 – AVAILABILITY

The MAE puts a predefined quantity of time-stamped tickets up for sale on its website and reserves the right to increase or reduce the number of tickets put up for sale.

The online ticket is sold for a day of visit chosen by the visitor.

Buying tickets online is done in real time. The visitor is informed of the availability of tickets when placing his order.

        ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT

All payments must be made the same day as the reservation. Full and immediate payment is required for any order made on the website via the dedicated PayZen payment portal. Visitors can pay for their purchases on the MAE website https://billetterie.museeairespace.fr/ by bank card.

Payment by credit card allows visitors to book their tickets online and immediately in a firm manner. The cards accepted for payment of an order at the online ticket office are exclusively cards from the CB, Visa and Mastercard networks.

ARTICLE 5 – SECURITY OF PAYMENTS AND PERSONAL DATA

            Article 5.1 - Securing payments

The payment system is provided by Lyra Network (Head office: 109, rue de l'innovation 31670 Labège France) via its dedicated tool PayZen. The total confidentiality of banking information is ensured by Lyra Network services and is secured by the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, which systematically checks the validity of access rights when paying by credit card and encrypts all exchanges in order to guarantee confidentiality.

Consequently, the visitor's credit card details never pass through the network and are not collected by the MAE or its service provider VivaTicket. Under no circumstances and at no time will information concerning bank cards pass through the MAE server.

Once PayZen confirms that the order has been validated, the visitor's card is debited.

In the event of a problem with the payment: the visitor is invited to check the validity as well as the authorized limit of his card. Some banks require an additional code for online purchases, the visitor is invited to contact his bank for more information.

            Article 5.2 - Personal data

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) of April 27, 2016, the personal information communicated by completing the online sales form is intended for the sale of entry tickets and access to events organized by the MAE. . The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the online sales service.

The information and data concerning you are necessary for the management of your order and for our commercial relations.

This information is kept for the following operations:

° Processing and follow-up of your order

° Contact you in the event of closure or cancellation

        ° Realization of statistical studies

This information and data is also kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations and to allow us to improve and personalize the services we offer and the information we send you.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have a right of access, rectification and opposition to information concerning you, which can be exercised by mail to the MAE having its registered office Aéroport de Paris – Le Bourget CS 90005, 93352 Le Bourget cedex by indicating your surname, first name, address and if possible your visitor reference. By using this website, you expressly consent to the processing of your personal data under the conditions and for the purposes described above.

            ARTICLE 6 – ORDER CONFIRMATION

Your online ticket order is only definitively confirmed and binds the MAE upon receipt of the email confirming that the order has been validated. Consequently, we invite you to consult your electronic mail including your spams.

ARTICLE 7 – VALIDATION OF THE ORDER

You declare that you have read and unreservedly accepted these general terms and conditions of online sale before placing your order. The acceptance of the general conditions of sale online, by checking the box "I accept the General Conditions of Sale" allows you to validate your order. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by https://billetterie.museeairespace.fr/ constitutes proof of all transactions made by the MAE and its visitors.

ARTICLE 8 – OBTAINING AND USE OF TICKETS

Article 8.1 - Ticket printable at home

Tickets and confirmation of online purchase must be checked at time of receipt. No subsequent complaint can be taken into account. Tickets issued are unique. No duplicates will be issued.

The print-at-home ticket allows you to print tickets purchased online on an ordinary printer from internet access.

To be valid, your ticket must be printed in portrait mode, on a white A4 sheet, blank front and back.

Each entry or service purchased corresponds to a ticket, i.e. a white A4 sheet, blank front and back, printed in portrait mode.

Print-at-home tickets have a unique barcode. The validity of online tickets is checked and registered at the entrance to the museum using barcode readers. It is not possible to be admitted to the entrance several times with the same ticket. Reproduction of tickets is prohibited. Only the first person to present the ticket will be allowed to enter the museum. They are presumed to be the legitimate bearer of the ticket. It is therefore prohibited to reproduce, duplicate or counterfeit the ticket in any way, or to make it available for such purposes. Keep your ticket in a safe place. Never accept a ticket offered to you by a stranger, as it could be a copy.

MAE reception may refuse entry when several prints, reproductions, copies or imitations of a print-at-home ticket are in circulation and access to the museum has already been granted in advance to the holder of a print, a reproduction, copy or imitation of the corresponding print-at-home ticket. In particular, the MAE reception is not obliged to verify the identity of the person presenting the print-at-home ticket in order to verify that it is indeed the ticket buyer, nor to verify the authenticity of the print-at-home ticket insofar as the imitation or copy cannot be identified beyond doubt as such when checking entry to the event. If the holder of a print-at-home ticket is rejected for this reason during an access control, there is no right to reimbursement of the price paid.

The MAE declines all responsibility for anomalies that may occur during the ordering, processing or printing of the ticket printable at home insofar as it has not caused them intentionally or as a result of negligence in the event of loss, theft or illegal use of the print-at-home ticket.

Article 8.2 - Presentation of a dematerialized ticket on a smartphone

In order to be read, dematerialized tickets must be presented at access control by meeting all of the following conditions:

- on smartphones

- charged battery

- maximum brightness

- screen in perfect condition.

Without these conditions, you expose yourself to an impossible reading of your ticket and may be denied access.

            Article 8.3 - Ticket validity

The museum entrance ticket is only valid on the day chosen on the calendar when purchased on our online sales site. This validity concerns opening hours excluding exceptional events (tarmac cinema, Halloween evening, etc.): from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (last admission 4.30 p.m.) from October to March and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (last admission 5.30 p.m.) from April to September.

        ARTICLE 9 – CANCELLATION, REFUND

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, entrances to the museum and inseparable products cannot give rise to withdrawal by the visitor.

No cancellation is possible after payment of entrance tickets or other services.

In addition, the change of date is not possible once the payment has been validated. No refund will be granted following booking errors made by the buyer on the website (errors of date, price, service).

In terms of access to a museum space, case law considers that the relationship that is established between the museum and the public who buys a ticket, regardless of the method of payment (cash, check, credit card, money order) , is a contractual relationship. Under these conditions, it is only if the museum does not fulfill its obligation that the visitor can request reimbursement or another visit date from the MAE.

The MAE reserves the right to make any changes to the museography, the exhibitions, the works presented, the activities and events offered. On the other hand, the MAE reserves the right to close access to all or part of the rooms if fortuitous events or cases of force majeure force it to do so, such as (and without this list being exhaustive): bad weather, strikes, fire, water damage, power cuts, etc.

In the event of closure without notice of access to all the rooms of the MAE, the latter may offer another date for the visit or, failing that, offer reimbursement to the visitor, to the exclusion of any other compensation or indemnity.

The visitor must then provide a written request specifying the date on which he was unable to visit the MAE, attach his ticket and a bank account statement.

This request must be sent by email to accueil@museeairespace.fr within 15 days of the date of the visit. No refunds will be made on site. This reimbursement will only take place in favor of the initial purchaser against delivery of the ticket.

In the event of evacuation of the museum during the visit after at least half an hour of visit, the tickets cannot be taken back, nor exchanged for another date, nor refunded.

No duplicate ticket can be issued, including in the event of loss or theft.

We invite you in any case to check 24 hours before your visit that it can take place without modification, by telephone on +33(0)1 49 92 70 62 (price of a local call) or on our website https://www.museeairespace.fr/.
